Could not get anyone at Riverhead Toyota Customer service to answer the phone or return my calls. Finally I went to dealer and they refused to cover the damage (car is leased with a full "bumper to bumper" to warranty). They are claiming the mirror was pried off! The mirror definitely came off while driving the car on the LIE. Luckily, it didn't cause an accident but maybe if it did Toyota would have to own up to faulty installation!
