The driver side sun visor fell and blocked my view of the road, since then has done this several times. No cd hold or anything was or has been put on it. Does not stay up with velcro, glue or anything. Is a safety concern and according to many reviews many Camry driver side visors are defective from 2007-2011.

The driver/front sunvisor is defective due to defective mounting brackets. The driver/front visor has not been operated forcefully and defectiveness of part(s) should be replaced by Toyota as Toyota acknowledged this defect through a tech bulletin: T-sb-0284-09 August 21, 2009 sunvisor mount loose for 2007-2010 Camry. Per Toyota dealership, they refused to fix the problem as my vehicle under warranty as my vehicle exceeded the 36K mile warranty. This defect occurred at 30,000 miles however, I never received an official or unofficial notice from Toyota re: This defect and was not able to request a fix until my vehicle exceeded 36K miles. Also, my vehicle has been serviced at Toyota at 5K, 10K, 15K, 20K, 30K and 36K miles and at no point was I informed of this defect issue. This broken sunvisor is a safety risk and Toyota should fix this defect at no cost to the vehicle owner.

Driving along highway and place sun visor in direction of the drivers side window to block sun on left side of vehicle and the sun visor pops out of place and will not stay in the correct position. Currently the visor is either always down blocking the upper portion of view or pointing directly in face if attempting to block sun on drivers left side of vehicle. The failure is ongoing, and will not be corrected unless a new visor is supplied. Consequences of this failure include: Blocked vision with the inability to see upper portion of windshield, failure to see traffic signals, and the potential for sun to shine brightly in eyes causing vision impairment.

I have a 2010 Toyota Camry and my driver visor, totally came off and was just hanging. I never generally even use the visor and the dealership charged my $150. My husband drives his 3rd Ford and has never had any of this happen. I bought a Toyota for a reason and so far all I have is issues.

Driving on highway, heavy rain started. Windshield wiper arm started banging on left side front pillar while operating. Eventually failed to operate and lost wiper action totally on driver's side.

I drive a 2010 Toyota Camry with about 7500 miles. At about 11:20 a.M. today my rear window exploded as I stopped at a traffic light on arlington mill road in arlington, va. When the explosion occurred I did not know what it was and looked around for the source. When I looked to the rear I saw the window in fragments. I saw no one around me although there may have been several vehicles stopped at the light behind me. They all drove around and continued on when the light changed. I crossed the light to not hold up traffic and then called aaa to determine what to do. I take product pictures of products I market over the internet and had a camera with me, so I took several pictures. I did not call the police as I could see no one who might have fired a gun or thrown a stone. Aaa advised that I should not drive the car as it was not safe to other drivers if shattered glass flew off into the road way. I also did not want to drive or in any way disturb the vehicle prior to examination by the dealer. The temperature was 82 degrees and the ac was on. Also, the side windows have been tinted dark as I had intended to use the vehicle for a livery service. There is no tint on the front and rear windows. I received the customer satisfaction number (1-800-331-4331) to call Toyota, have called several times only to be placed on hold for significant periods of time.

Husband, daughter and myself got into our 2010 Camry, when our daughter closed her rear door, we heard a cracking noise and turned around to see the back windshield shattered and a huge hole in the middle. There was glass scattered all over the back seat. Luckily our daughter was not injured. There was no rock, branch or thrown object as a cause of the shattering. Car was parked in driveway. Had been driving car earlier in the day with no problems. Temperature outside roughly 40 degrees and car had just been turned on.
