The contact owns a 2011 Toyota Camry. While driving various speeds, the steering wheel shook. The vehicle was serviced per NHTSA campaign number: 14V732000 (suspension) at lowe's Toyota (375 houston lake rd, warner robins, ga 31088), but the remedy failed to repair the vehicle and the steering wheel continued to shake. The vehicle was taken back to the same dealer where it was diagnosed that the front rotors needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 60,000.
