Driving down I-35 to work, a normal day and all of a sudden I hear this loud boom sound and realize my driver passenger window shattered. Drive the vehicle to Don Ringler dealership and they show no interest in looking into the problem and basically state I need to repair the problem at my own expense. They are more than happy to sell you a vehicle but Toyota or the dealership does not wish to back their product.
