This was Toyota's navigational system. They sold it on many models. It hasn't worked right for years. They did nothing to fix it and left the buyers without any recourse. Customer service to beat all apologized for the problem. I paid $2,500 for it and now have a product that is useless.

Unable to use voice recognition. When I press the speech icon on steering

wheel the screen displays ?voice recognition not available?. The local

dealer can't seem to find the problem.

navigation system automatically set a diferent location.

I have been trying to get an address in the navigation system and I was unable to do it because the system automatycally set a diferent location far away of my destination. I spend one hour or more trying to change options, and I culdn't do it.
