I feel every bump in the road. I complained to Toyota 5-6 times and they always tell me that all the cars have a stiff suspension and 'that's just the way they ride'. (If all of them are like that, they wouldn't sell any cars) I don't know what to do about it. Is there a number for Corporate Toyota where a person can complain about a car (2013) that rides unsatisfactorily and has since day #1? My wife complains that she can't put on lipstick in the car because the ride is too bumpy to get the lipstick where it goes.
