The car is currently in the shop. The dealer wanted me to report a claim with my insurance company. This is a mechanical problem, insurance will deny the claim. My wife has never suffered with ear infections and sinus problems, lately, she has been sick on three different occasions. We just found out yesterday from the dealer there is moisture under the carpet and under the dash. I don't know what this will cost us, but after reading all the information on this site, it damn sure just cost Toyota a customer.
