I paid too much for this car because I have always been a Toyota person, they used to be great cars, came with factory 100,000 mile warranty, now the warranty is no better than any other car, my door locks stopped working not long after I got the car, they will lock but immediately unlock on their own, the entire system is a joke, technology is way behind other cars made that same year, The takeoff is very sluggish, my water pump just went out at 73,000 miles, This is the only time I ever regretted buying a Toyota, I'm trading it in soon and going with Honda, Toyotas are not what they used to be, however the price tag is, they can keep it, my last Toyota!!

Subject: Urgent Complaint – 2018 Toyota Camry Door Lock Actuator Failure

I am writing to formally express my concern regarding a serious issue with my 2018 Toyota Camry. The door lock actuator has failed, preventing the doors from locking or unlocking using the remote key fob, power door lock, or interior door panel. This is not only inconvenient but also a significant safety concern.

A properly functioning locking system is essential for vehicle security and passenger safety. This failure puts my vehicle at risk of theft and makes it difficult to enter or secure the car in emergency situations as well my family and children's. . Considering Toyota’s reputation for quality and reliability, I am extremely disappointed to be experiencing this issue on a relatively new vehicle.

I have seen numerous complaints from other Toyota Camry owners experiencing similar problems. This suggests a potential defect that Toyota should address. I request immediate assistance in resolving this matter, including possible coverage for repairs or a recall investigation.

Please let me know how Toyota plans to address this issue. I appreciate your prompt response.
