The contact owns a 2019 Toyota Camry equipped with Bridgestone Tires, Tire Line: Turanza EL440, Tire Size: 235/45/R18, DOT Number: (N/A). The contact stated that while driving, the vehicle was running rough. While adding air to the tires, he noticed that the tires were bald and the tread was low. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where they informed him that the tread was at 4/23. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed about a partial discount. The approximate failure mileage was 25,000.
