The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Camry. The contact stated while attempting to turn off the vehicle using the Push to START button, the vehicle entered accessory mode (ACC-ON) and started to roll away. The vehicle then displayed the message -??Shift to Park before exiting the vehicle-??. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who duplicated the failure but was unable to provide a cause for the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, and a case was opened. The failure mileage was 30,000.
