Camry SE 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 500 miles

I had the car for less than a month and squeaking and clunking started to happen. Very loud, annoying and not assuring noise coming from the rear of the car. Passengers questioned the safety of the car. I have gone to the dealership multiple times. 5 times to be exact. Each time they replace parts but issue continues. THis last and fifth time they managed to get rid of the noise but they forgot to fasten the plastic cover in the rear that protects the gas tank so when I was on the highway traveling at high speeds the cover came loose and it dragged on the street making a loud ruckus and made the car shake/vibrate. I had to travel at low speeds until I arrived at my destination. It was about 30 miles but seemed like 3,000 miles when travelling at 30mph. I am frustrated and dissappointed that a always reliable proven reliable Toyota vehicle has had this many problems. This issue is still going. I will update later.
