Roof won't open, can't afford to fix it. just over warranty

Good afternoon, I hope this email ends up in the hands of the CFO CEO or someone close to those titles that can truly help me, a single mom and Mental Health therapist who works with inmates inside a few different jails to help them get into treatment for addiction and or mental health. I drive a lot to these different jails and wanted a dependable car. Let me start by saying I LOVE MY CAMRY. I decided to get a Camry a few years back when I had issues with another Nissan I bought. First my Altima had transmission issues, so I traded it in for a Maxima and had more issues with that car. Either way I landed on a Camry and started saving my money for my dream car. (The white with black roof). After 2 years of saving everything, I could, I finally had enough to go to the bank and walk into the dealership with $40,000 cashier's check from chase bank to get my car! It was a proud moment; the first time I ever bought a BRAND-NEW CAR WITH CASH MONEY!!

Fast forward a year and a half later and I have had nothing but issues with this vehicle. Some of it was my fault like a rock hitting my Toyota emblem and cracking it from driving and the dealership trying to charge me 500.00 plus to fix it when they said it would be covered under warranty because of the sensor connected to it but mostly because the dealership (Toyota direct on Morse Rd. in Columbus and the manager Jeremy don't keep their word and treat women as if they don't get it), but otherwise these issues continue. I recently was in the dealership (a month or so ago) because my roof won't open now. The service techs stated it was a motor probably because it opens when it is hooked up to the diagnostic system. Anyway, they said I would need to pay 168.00 for another diagnostic so they could tell me for sure why the roof won't open. They said my warranty is void because I had 38,000 plus miles on the car from all the driving I do for the jails. SERIOUSLY nothing has been covered on my car, and I can't afford to have the roof fixed. I am asking for some grace and help financially with getting my roof to open up again. I love the roof and targeted the Camry for the roof and reliability. I am a first-time consumer of Toyota and plan to continue buying Toyota's. I just would like my roof fixed like I had under 36,000 on my warranty. I can't help the mileage on my vehicle as I must drive a lot to do this non-profit work. I think you as a company can help me since my local dealer would not. Please and Thank you!!
