B-Pillar that houses drivers side seatbelt has a persistent rattling noise. I am afraid that something is loose inside and seatbelt will fail. A bolt, screw or washer sounds loose inside. It has been repaired 2 times. Taken back to dealership 3 times since first 2 repairs but Toyota claims unable to replicate. The seatbelt does not tight across my torso when I brake. Videos of defect have been provided. Active repair case with Gulf States Toyota. Claims manager Andre has called Northshore Toyota to attempt assist with repair. Headliner or glass panoramic sunroof is loose and rattling. It has been repaired 2 times. Taken back to dealership 3 times since first 2 repairs but Toyota claims unable to replicate. The box that houses lighting buttons above back seat and one speaker above driver's head is rattling and loose. I do not know if it is the glass above headliner causing the rattling. Glass may break while driving over bumps if it is not properly secured or air sealed. Passenger and driver's seat have defective lumbar components inside. Causes a safety distraction to driver. When vehicle stops or starts it hits or bumps driver or passenger. This is a documented defect of 2025 Camrys.

Front Bumper Fitment Issue: The front bumper clips fail to secure the bumper properly, causing a noticeable gap between the bumper and the body, particularly around the headlight and fender. Despite visiting my local dealer today (10-11-2025), they have confirmed that this is a known issue, but no permanent solution has been provided. The bumper misalignment negatively impacts the aesthetic quality and structural integrity of the vehicle. This problem has been reported by multiple 2025 Camry owners and persists even after the bumper is replaced. It is evident upon delivery and has not been fixed by Toyota or the dealership to date. Rear Seatbelt Warning Malfunction: I experienced a malfunction with the rear seatbelt warning system. The warning alert activated while the vehicle is in motion, falsely indicating that an unbuckled passenger is in the backseat, even when the rear seats are empty. At my dealership visit in August, I was told that this was a normal characteristic of the vehicle, triggered when rear doors are opened or closed without the seatbelt being clicked in. However, this explanation does not account for the behavior I am experiencing, where the warning is erroneously triggered while the vehicle is moving. This malfunction undermines the reliability of Toyota's safety systems, and I request that Toyota investigate it thoroughly. I would also appreciate guidance on how to disable or adjust the rear seatbelt reminder in the meantime, if that is a viable solution.

The Camry that I bought produced the dash warning message "SRS airbag system malfunction". The dealer in Madison WI examined it and isolated the failure to the passenger side rear sealtbelt sensor. The dealership has held the vehicle for 4 weeks as of today, Oct 18, 2024 and the service dept update states the replacement part isn't expected for another 4 weeks. Obviously I am irritated to not have a quality vehicle to drive after spending nearly $40K. I am officially alerting nhtsa of this problem, Thank you.
