The car shudders and shivers abnormally on the highways at regular intervals. Given the vehicle for the service with the same dealer who sold the vehicle, but only after a third attempt they could come out of a decision that the problem is with the fuel that we have filled with. Even for this cooked up story they took 15 days, which we found false as we filled fuel for our other vehicles from the same filling station on the same time, from where we filled this Camry, but never the other vehicles showed this kind of abnormalities. We strongly feel its a part of the manufacturing defect. Once complained about it they showered promises and had given assurances to rectify it on free of cost basis for if any such problems occur again, but within the next day of its delivery they denied their promises and have given a mail stating all such problems would be charged even though it is under the warranty period.

Altogether the service of the Toyota dealer is horrible and even worst is you cannot take up any such issue to an higher level as no one from Toyota bothers about the customers. The staffs with Toyota feels as if they are kings and the customers are at their mercy.
