The dealership took almost a month to replace the unit. The parts folks didn't communicate with service dept so I had to initiate every interaction. Try listening to music when the console reboots it plays the same song every time from your flash drive. Always the 1st song on the flash drive. Finally had to email the manager to get some action. Getting the replacement was like pulling teeth.
