Hi!! I got the delivery of the car on July 1, 2018. On July 2 I put a complaint, their technician (Surrinder) came to inspect the car and took pictures. My car was taken for its first service on Saturday ( July 21, 2018) at 996 KM at 9 :30 Am with a assurance I will get it back the same day.

Today we are on Monday and post my rigorous calling I was given lame excuses like the car has not been painted as it was raining!! How does rain affect if they have a paint booth!! They then claimed that the car was sent from one service station to the other and the second service station had no clue what to do, so the car has been standing there with no job being done...

I am still awaiting the delivery of my car and really don't know what they will fix - and the car when sold will look like it has been in an accident and repainted which will depreciate the value of the car through no fault of mine.
