I got the delivery of the car on July 1, 2018. On July 2, I put a complaint, their technician (Surrinder) came to inspect the car and took pictures. He also told me they have not come across any problem like this earlier, however he will check in 2 days time he called me back saying that this problem is also there in 3-4 cars that had come for service.

He further said he will make a report and send it to the company for next steps. Now comes a surprise - the company told him to change the packing, and when he replied that that will not help as the water is entering the lights, the next reply was find the leakage and block it (basically a quick fix to the problem). These lights are sealed lights and blocking is not a solution. The technician called me and told me he will try this out on spare lights - and I have not heard from him.

My car was taken for its first service on Saturday (July 21, 2018) at 996 KM at 9:30 AM with an assurance I will get it back the same day... we are on Monday and I am still awaiting the delivery of my car and really don't know what they will fix
