I've seen on several sites for this problem that i needed the engine re-built. Nobody tells you to do a compression check and see if a low is low. A toyota mechanis told me I had a stuck compression ring in that cylinder. I poured sea form in all the cylinders and let it sit for a while to loosen up any thing that might have been gunked up. Then i put everything back together and started the car up and let it run till all the smoke went away. Then i pulled the plugs and did another compression check and all the cylinders compressions were the same. My oil problem went away. Why can't we get advice like that. Everyone allows wants to make money.
