I purchased new raybestos brakes drums. The drums were out-of-round and caused severe vibration when braking. This reduced braking effectiveness. Drums were replaced under warranty, however, problem remained. Mechanic machined drums and vibration stopped. Full braking power is now available under all conditions. Reported these defective brake components to the manufacturer (raybestos) and the retail store (pep boys).
