problem #8

May 011999

Corolla

  • miles
Master cylinder failed. Brakes applied themselves and stuck while on the highway. The front tires became so hot the lugnuts sheared off and the hub caps melted. The dealer replaced the component at my expense. I am starting to experience brake pedal fading. While stopped the brake pedal will go to the floor with the new master cylinder on the vehicle. I hope this vehicle does not kill me or others before Toyota does something about it.
