Consumer stated the driver seat is slanted down from front to back and the back seat is padded in such a way as to not give proper support to the back and neck while driving, consumer took the vehicle to a detailed who put some foam in the seat to try and level it out, however that did not resolve the problem.

Consumer was rear ended, and the vehicle was pushed into a wall, while this was happening drivers and passengers seats broke, and consumer and passenger fell back. Consumer states she was traveling on the interstate at 60 mph, when a vehicle doing about 90 mph rear ended consumers vehicle causing the vehicle to spin out of control and hit a concrete wall, as a result both front seats collapsed to the back of the car, the consumer and passenger suffered injuries.
