The vehicle caught on fire on October 6, 2005. The vehicle wasn't driven any different before this incident happened. The vehicle had been sitting for about two hours before it caught on fire. The fire chief did an inspection on October 7, 2005, and he concluded that it was a fuel line break. She contacted the dealership and the manufacturer and told them what happened, they told her that someone would come out and inspect the vehicle. She felt that they were ignoring her because no one came out and inspected the vehicle yet. She received a letter after she contacted the manufacturer from Toyota, but the letter was addressed to someone else, and it explained the same type of problem that she had. The insurance company inspected vehicle but she did not know what their findings were. She only has the estimate that they sent her. Updated 11/16/2005.
