1. normal driving and use of car, regularly maintained, still under certified preowned warranty (doesn't seem to cover what seems to be a design flaw?). 2. check engine light comes on, code scan produces po-441/441 (vapor cannister and vsv needs to be replaced [evap control system errors]). 3. nothing done yet. It seems that other Corollas experience this problem (from web searches [www.google.com].
