1. September 1, 2006 and September 10, 2006. 2. rear seat belt has jammed closed and would not release allowing passenger to exit the vehicle. In a separate event the buckle snapped as though it was in place, but it later released while the vehicle was in operation. 3. the vehicle will be taken back to the dealership for replacement. For now, that seat is not being used.
