I had this problem start with the rear brake system that was on the car when I bought it. There is a scrubbing, clicking or ticking noise when my car is close to stopping while braking until it stops. This was the first set of drum system. Since then I have replaced them three times with all new equipment. First was all new from O'Rielly's, then all new AutoZone parts, finally I have had them replaced with brand new Toyota drums and brakes. Over the past four sets I have had this same reoccurring problem in a little over a year. Over this time I have had approximately 7 mechanics investigate this issue - including spending a whole day at Toyota and even they couldn't figure it out. I need an answer to this problem. I'm so tired of spending money on this while nothing is working to fix this issue! Someone please help me!
