The contact owns a 2007 Toyota Corolla. While attempting to make a right hand turn traveling at 20 mph, the contact noticed that the power steering suddenly stopped working. The dealership was contacted and informed the contact the failure was due to a internal malfunction. The contact feels this is a safety issue. The failure mileage was 24000 and the current mileage was 24000. Updated 5/12/10 the dealer replaced the steering pump. Updated 05/20/10
