The contact owns a 2008 Toyota Corolla. The contact was driving approximately 20 mph when he encountered a set of railroad tracks. After driving twenty feet over the tracks, the vehicle would no longer shift into any selected gear and failed to respond to the contacts attempts to accelerate.
