We purchased in August 2020 from Massey Toyota, when my 17 year old daughter got into the accident she kept saying she was pressing as hard as she could but the brakes weren't working.

I doubted her, but getting in and trying it she was very truthful! The brakes are very hesitant - it finally stopped but if I was in traffic I would've hit a car as well...

Who's really at fault?? Dealership or Toyota company?? I need answers!
