Corolla S 1.8L

When I am driving to and from work on RT78 here in NJ. It starts at around 50 to 65 mph. All of a sudden the rpms will suddenly drop off, it will lose about 300 to 500 rpms. Then it will go back to normal. If you are on cruise control, it is even worse.
