Corolla LE 1.8L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 3,000 miles

NEW 2014 TOYOTA COROLLA FROM TOWN TOYOTA RT.46 LEDGEWOOD NEW JERSEY. THE CAR STEERS, PULLS LEFT ON THE HIGHWAY AND LOCAL ROADS. TOYOTA DID THREE WHEEL ALIGNMENTS. CAR IS STILL THE SAME. ROAD FORCE WHEEL BALANCE, THE CAR IS STILL STEERING PULLING LEFT.

TOYOTA SAYS THERE IS NOTHING WRONG. WENT 40 MILES FROM HOME TO A GOODYEAR CENTER. WENT FOR A DRIVE WITH SHOP MANGER, HE SAW WHAT THE CAR DOES AND DID ANOTHER WHEEL ALIGNMENT. PROOF IN HAND AND IT STILL DOES THE SAME, STEERS, PULLS TO THE LEFT.

GOODYEAR IS STILL WILLING TO HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG BECAUSE TOYOTA DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO. THIS IS SAD,THAT TOYOTA CAN NOT FIX THIS. WILL NOT TAKE THE CAR BACK, YET WANTS ME TO DRIVE THIS CAR AND KILL MYSELF.

TOYOTA MECHANIC STATES THAT THIS IS THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE CAR. IF THIS IS SO,TOYOTA SHOULD ADVISE ITS CUSTOMERS ABOUT THIS UNSAFE CAR. I NEED HELP TO FIX THIS UNSAFE CAR BECAUSE TOYOTA DOES NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO TO FIX IT, REFUSES TO TAKE IT BACK, BUT WILL TAKE IT ON A TRADE IN FOR THOUSANDS LESS? FUNNY OR NOT, TOYOTA SHOULD MAKE GOOD TO CORRECT THIS UNSAFE CAR BEFORE A LIFE IS LOST.
