I bought a brand new 2015 Toyota Corolla S trim 50th Anniversary Edition. It comes with black chrome alloy rims standard. Unfortunately, the cluster odometer speed does not matched with satellite GPS speed. I have contacted Toyota Canada several times, but didn't received any response from Toyota. According to Cluster if I am driving at 100-km/h the actual GPS speed will be 95-km/h. In a result its putting more mileage on a car than what I have driven. I have also reset my odometer trip as well as GPS trip, and drive a car for 30km according to GPS, but cluster odometer reading were showing I have driven 33.7 km.
I think the problem is with the tire size that Toyota installed on the rims. I am pretty sure Toyota is well aware of this problem just to save a recall for every 50th Anniversary Edition they didn't respond me back, and now its been almost 8 months since I have purchased this vehicle, and still waiting to hear back from Toyota Canada.
