The contact owns a 2015 Toyota Corolla equipped with toyo proxes 4 plus tires, size: P205/55R/R16. While approaching a stop at a low speed, there was an abnormal noise underneath the vehicle, the vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the rotors and brake pads needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rotors needed to be replaced again. In addition, the technician stated that there was thread separation on all tires and that the tires needed to be replaced. The rotors were replaced, but the tires were not. The tire and vehicle manufacturers were notified of the failure. The tire and vehicle failure mileage was 21,000.
