When you cross a bumpy road the steering wheel makes a cracking sound. When you turn the steering it makes a clack sound when vehicle is stopped. I took the car to check the suspension and shock absorbers, tie roads, bushings, links and ball joints were fine. The diagnosis was the Steering has already presenting problems and that I need to replace the rack and pinion for a new one
