Apparently this is common on 2015 & 2016 Toyota Corollas...the windshield begins to feather. I guess it starts on the edges and part of an invisible lining in the windshield, separates and it looks cloudy...and little by little it spreads. This is my first new car, 2015 Toyota Corolla and the paint is chipping and now the windshield is feathering. My warranty is done...any added warranties don't cover this...and the gen manager at the Toyota dealership I had my car serviced at, said that they couldn't do anything. And in the near future, the "feathering" in my windshield will obstruct my view...How is this safe? How are they ok selling new cars, and expect me to pay to repaint my car within a few years AND replace my windshield too?
