After turning left into a parking spot, car did not stop as usual.The car went over curb and hit a 'no overnight parking sign.The collision bent the sign pole and damaged my driver front black bumper. I was stunned and did not realize it was a vehicle error, at first. I have owned the vehicle 6 months and have had difficulty understanding the technical aspects of it. I searched online and found the recall, but have not been officially notified yet. I had a similar incident the first month i owned it. I turned left into a parking spot, the car did not stop until hitting bushes in front of me. At that time I thought it was my error. No, it has not been inspected. I was distraught and decided to leave it as is. This is very dangerous, as I could have hit a pedestrian or crashed down a hill.
