2002 Toyota Echo. The contact stated when closing the passenger door the rear window collapsed and shattered. The vehicle has not been taken to the dealership, but it was at a local auto glass repair shop. Toyota stated they had not heard of this problem, and asked the repair shop to file a letter of cause, condition, and remedy. This occurred on October 14, 2005. There had been no trouble with that window prior to this.
