FJ Cruiser

I purchased a 2008 Toyota F.J. cruiser and since I have had the vehicle I have had continuous problems with a defect in the drive train which has now caused problems with my transmission having started to skip. The dealership has promised on numerous occasions to fix the problems, but as of yet have not been able to. I continue to get the same run around from big business. Can someone please shed light on this obvious defect with this vehicle. Nothing they have done so far has fixed the problem. Help me!!!!
