COMPLAINT LETTER: TOYOTA MALAYSIA -HARRIER PRE-CRASH SYSTEM FAILURE
As mention above, please be informed that my car do not have the PRE-CRASH SYSTEM as shown in Toyota Malaysia Website (https://toyota.com.my/vehicles/suv/harrier).
Since this car had just bought early of this year 2019, we never thought that this car will having this system failure. I had just found that this PCS unable to function recently, and made an appointment with TOYOTA DISTINCTIVE MODEL SDN BHD (INVOICE: 320V280824) for Road Test & QC Inspection. However they couldn’t assist to this problem (by which you may check the details in the invoice as mention).
This is such a disappointment to me as your customer, since the PCS SYSTEM was one of the huge reason for us to buy your brand of car and by now I’m being manipulated by your marketing strategy. If the system is not include in your car, please do not mention it in your website.
We still hoping that TOYOTA TEAM will be responsible to this matter, and take an action sooner.
For your record, we had made a report to Totota Malaysia on this matter and still keep on waiting for Toyota solution.
