The contact owns a 2008 Toyota Highlander. The contact stated that the carpet on the passenger side floorboard had become wet. The contact further inspected the vehicle and discovered that than water was leaking from the air conditioner. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis. The dealer stated that they needed to replace the air conditioner line. The vehicle was repaired but the failure continued. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that they would follow up with the dealer. The failure mileage was 61,000 and the current mileage was 62,184.
