Wrinkles started to develop in the front seat covers soon after buying the vehicle. Toyota claims this is normal. Having owned 10 Toyotas before this one with no wrinkles or signs of wearing in any of them, I do not accept this claim.
The 2008 Highlander was a new design and I have to wonder if they have used a lesser quality material in the seat covers.
Every time I open the door, I am reminded that Toyota's quality is not what it was. I feel that this is a defect in material and/or workmanship, but Toyota is refusing to fix it.
