Highlander SE V6

I have no idea what the issue is yet. This just happened. However, from the way the vehicle drove, I am assuming the transmission just went out. This isn't acceptable for a vehicle with less than 100K miles. We special ordered this car and it is a 1 owner. It has been well maintained.
