My destination was set for a town near Philadelphia. We were on a four lane highway system with 5 possible turn offs to our destination. The destination disappeared from my GPS completely. Screen was still there with nothing on it. The radio turned off and would not come back on. Luckily, my wife was driving so I tried to re enter my destination and it worked.

When I pressed go the the system worked and the radio came back on. By the way, normal operation is not supposed to allow you to enter a destination while traveling on a highway. Needless to say during the time the GPS was off a wrong turn took us miles out of our way. Two days later on the trip home the destination disappeared momentarily and came back on after approx. 10 seconds. The dealer is still searching to see if there is an update. Nothing so far.
