It's so frustrating buying a new car for all the safety features and then having some not work. I know texting and driving don't mix, but if your car reads the text and you can answer with a tap on the steering wheel, thats a safe way to do it. Not if it doesn't work though. I've had my car in 3 times. Once they supposedly replaced the radio (not sure about that, no way to really tell) but it still doesn't work. I guess I should have gotten another Subaru instead.
Update from Feb 13, 2020: Voice test doesn't work at almost any speed most of the time. About once a month, it might surprise me. They claimed to have replaced the radio... I don't think that happened. I've had the car in 3 times.
