Highlander Limited 3.5L

So I have issues now with the a/c not kicking on. I take it to dealer and can't find any problems. So clearly this is a cold morning issue. I'm waiting to take it back a third time to see if thy can find the problems.

I still have issues with gas light not kicking - it was fixed on recall and now doesn't work. Also a problem with right car sensor not working. This is an intermittent problem that has been taken to dealer 3 times.
