Highlander Platinum 3.4L V6

Last weekend, I bought this vehicle. Currently, it’s only getting ~13.5 MPG. Because of the poor gas mileage, I bought an ODB2 scanner and it came up with the P0004 code. I’m planning to bring it to the dealership to get checked out.
