Highlander Hybrid ES V6

The headlights have a shaded line above the lighted area so it makes it hard to see past the beam of light. This problem was commented on by another owner. On hilly roads it's seems dangerous. Maybe I can raise the headlights a bit. I can't believe Toyota has not seen this problem.
