Car is just barely 3 years old and the Hybrid wire went. Left me stranded in a parking lot so i had to have it towed (covered by extended warranty). Vehicle has been at the dealership waiting on parts for over 2 months now and we still don't have it back. Thankfully they have given us a rental which I'm sure is costing a pretty penny by itself, but driving around in a vehicle that isn't yours is way different. At this point, my wife is ready to sell it once we get it back. Calling corporate didn't help either. They just refer you back to the local service manager that can't do anything besides look for an update for the part.
