S10 appropriate handling re Toyota acceleration problem fm owner of previously owned 1995 Toyota Land cruiser. The consumer stated the floor mat slid under the accelerator pedal and caused the vehicle to accelerate out of control. The consumers wife was pinned in the vehicle and suffered serious injuries. The consumer suffered injuries as well.
