Land Cruiser

The contact owns a 2000 Toyota Land cruiser. When the vehicle was taken to the dealer for routine maintenance the contact noticed the spare tire bracket had corroded. The dealer replacing the bracket but instead she had it tightened. On a later date, the contact noticed the spare tire was no longer under the vehicle. The bracket had completely corroded and dislodged from the vehicle. The vehicle had not yet been taken back to the dealer. The failure mileage was 15,000 and the current mileage was 117,000.
