Land Cruiser GXR 5.7L

I contacted the agent many times. They inspect the car, ask to trim the front disc. Charge me around $150, but the problem is still there.

Now they say it's normal....I feel there something abnormal in the front brakes/discs or it might be the bearing....definitely it's abnormal in such car...
